1. Delivery Method

After completing your purchase, you will receive:
- A confirmation email immediately, and
- A separate email with your software license key within 5–30 minutes.
Occasionally, delivery may take up to 2 hours due to system verification.

2. Non-Delivery Cases

If you did not receive your key within 2 hours:

Check your spam/junk folder first.
If still missing, contact us at info@taxsmartstore.com — our support team will resend it manually.

3. Incorrect Email Address

If you entered an incorrect email during checkout, please contact us immediately.
We will attempt to re-send your product once your identity is verified.
