Refund Policy – TaxSmart Store

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our refund terms below.

1. Digital Product Policy

All of our products are digital software license keys delivered electronically.
Once a digital key has been issued and activated, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will only be considered if:

The license key does not work and our support team is unable to provide a valid replacement within 48 hours.
You accidentally purchased a duplicate item and have not yet activated the license.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To request a refund:

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@taxsmartstore.com
Provide your order number and a short description of the issue.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days if approved.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available if:

The product was successfully activated.
You no longer need or want the product after purchase.
The issue is related to software incompatibility with your system.
