  • The item must not show signs of damage caused by misuse

Because our products are handcrafted and made from natural bamboo materials, minor variations in color, texture, or grain are normal and are not considered defects.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect

Exchanges

Customers who receive damaged or incorrect products may request an exchange. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and provide a replacement when appropriate.
