All items on TaxSmart Store are digital products.
Once the file or Canva link has been delivered, you instantly gain access to the product — making it impossible for us to revoke that access.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted in the following cases:

  • The file or Canva link was not delivered after payment.

  • The product is defective, corrupted, or not as described.

  • You made a duplicate purchase by mistake (must be verifiable).

Refunds are not available for reasons such as:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • You don’t have Canva Pro (if the template clearly states it requires Canva Pro).

  • You misunderstood the digital nature of the item.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • A brief description of the issue
