Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Pur Bowls FV, we understand that customers may occasionally need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. This policy explains the conditions under which order changes or cancellations may be requested.

Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible to allow our team sufficient time to stop order processing.

If the cancellation request is received within the allowed time frame and the order has not yet been processed, we will make every effort to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Order Modifications

Customers may request certain order modifications within 12 hours of purchase, including:

  • Updating the shipping address

  • Correcting customer contact information

  • Adjusting item quantities or product selections

Once an order has entered the processing stage or has already been shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.

Orders Already Shipped

If an order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be available. In such cases, customers may refer to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy for further assistance.
