All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated at checkout.

2. Payment Security

TaxSmart Store does not collect or store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details.
All transactions are securely handled by PayPal’s encrypted payment gateway, which complies with international PCI-DSS standards for data protection.

Your personal information during checkout (including billing address and email) is protected through SSL encryption to prevent unauthorized access.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your PayPal payment is completed successfully, you will:

  • Receive an order confirmation email with your download link or Canva template access.

  • See a confirmation page on your screen indicating that your payment has been received.

If you do not receive confirmation within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

4. Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, pending, or delayed by PayPal:

  • The order will remain on hold until payment is confirmed.

  • You will not receive download access until the payment clears.

  • Please contact PayPal directly for assistance with payment verification issues.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

All refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your PayPal account within 5–10 business days.
